Gloria I’ve been baking and decorating cakes since she was a young lady. A top of her class graduate of NAIT’s culinary program, she had worked with esteemed local dining establishments for years. Her partner, Guenter, is an artist at heart. He’s studied art (predominantly water colours and drawing) and is a self-taught pastry expert. Jeff Young , President, Bridges Restaurant & Catering
Jeff’s career in the hospitality industry started when he was 22 years old at the Four Seasons Hotel in Edmonton. He started as a banquet waiter and within 4 years was Assistant Catering Director. In 1997, he left the hotel industry and opened Bridges Restaurant & Catering. Within the first year, Bridges was named one of the top 10 Restaurants in Edmonton due by no small part to Jeff’s hard working nature and natural business sense. Brad is the founder and Chef of KITCHEN and the man in the apron you’ll meet at most KITCHEN parties, events and classes. Before starting KITCHEN, he was one of the executive chefs and founders of Edmonton’s iconic Hardware Grill.
